Who is responsible

Arpan Roy Chowdhury, trading as Zucca Stamps, 34, Gangapuri, Purbaputiary, Kolkata 700093, West Bengal, India, decides how your personal data is used (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Contact: support@zuccastamps.com.

Designing

Your design is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so you don’t lose work. It isn’t sent to us while you edit.

Share links contain the design inside the link itself. Anyone with the link can open it. Uploaded photos and images are left out of share links.

Photos you add to a paper stamp are processed on your device. If you use AI background removal, that photo is sent to our server (hosted on Vercel), processed in memory and deleted right away. It isn’t stored, shared or used for training.

Checking out and free samples

When you start a purchase or request a free sample, we receive your design, the option you chose and your email address, so we can make your files and send them to you.

We keep this record for 7 days to support re-downloads, then it’s deleted automatically.

If you don’t finish a purchase, we may send up to four reminder emails about your saved design during those 7 days. Each has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all reminders.

Payment details are handled by Dodo Payments and never reach our servers.

Services we use

Vercel (hosting), Upstash (temporary order storage), Dodo Payments (payments) and ZeptoMail by Zoho (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Google Analytics (site statistics), only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.

Some of these services store data on servers outside India.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them, and no advertising cookies. The cookie policy lists every cookie and how to change your choice.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you and how it’s used, and ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; for reminder emails, the unsubscribe link does this. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. Email support@zuccastamps.com for any of these.

For a complaint, contact our grievance officer, Arpan Roy Chowdhury, at support@zuccastamps.com first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
