Who we are

Zucca Stamps (“we”, “us”) is a trading name of Arpan Roy Chowdhury, a sole proprietor, of 34, Gangapuri, Purbaputiary, Kolkata 700093, West Bengal, India. We run zuccastamps.com, an online tool for designing rubber stamp and seal artwork. Contact us at support@zuccastamps.com.

Using the editor

You can design and preview stamps for free without an account. Previews carry a watermark and are not licensed for use.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy a download.

Your responsibility for stamp content

You are solely responsible for what your stamp says and for having the legal right to use it. This includes names, registration numbers, company details, professional titles and any logo you upload.

Don’t create stamps that impersonate a person, company, court, bank or government body, or that could be used for fraud or forgery. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to break this rule.

Zucca Stamps does not verify any registration, licence or authority shown on a stamp.

Purchases

Downloads are sold per design in three options (Basic, Standard, Pro), each with a fixed set of file formats. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and may appear on your statement.

After payment you receive the files in the option you chose, an email copy, and a link to download them again for 7 days.

Licence

Once paid, you may use the files for any lawful purpose, including having a physical stamp made. Templates, fonts bundled in the editor and the Zucca Stamps software remain ours or our licensors’.

Editor fonts are open-source Google Fonts, licensed under the SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0, and served from our own servers.

Liability

Files are provided as designed by you. Check spelling, numbers and sizes in the preview before buying. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Grievance officer

Under India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Arpan Roy Chowdhury, 34, Gangapuri, Purbaputiary, Kolkata 700093, West Bengal, India. Email support@zuccastamps.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn’t remove any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown.
